These values have emerged over my 25 years as an educator.  They continue to take shape and deepen as I learn from others around me.

A focus on service to children and adolescents, staff, and school community members produces outcomes that promote academic achievement and developmental responsiveness for all students.

When adults embrace a mindset of curiosity and inquiry, we support the success for learning in our organization. 

Embracing our roles as learners leads to true appreciation for the rewarding field in which we serve.    

This belief is what drives my vision and my actions daily, as I seek to expand my learning and broaden my influence as a learning leader.
